DELIVERY QUESTIONS

On all international order, you will be provided with tracking number and information how to track your order.
Tracking number is provided via email. The details with a link to chosen delivery service provider will be given.
After receiving clear payment of your order, delivery in EU countries normally takes up to 5 business days. The expected delays maybe due to national or international bank holidays.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

We accept wire-transfer, credit & debit cards. Card payments are processed via Stripe or PaySera card processing partner.
In the payment section of the order form you can choose between ‘pay by card’ or ‘pay by PaySera’. You need to enter the orderer’s bank card long number and front validity date. And the CVC code from the back of the card, usually 3 digits.
If possible. You can choose to pay via PaySera in the payment section of the order form. With this payment module you will be able to make a payment by choosing your bank (SEB, Swedbank and others) and by paying with authorization.
Yes, select a PayPal payment method on checkout page.

Questions about Privilege Cards

If possible, your Privilege Card number should be as follows: PK00000, where you enter the card number instead of zero. The Privilege Card can only be used for purchases with the same name as the registered cardholder.

For example, if the card is registered with Dace Berzina, then the online order must be from Dace Berzina.

The card code must be added as a coupon. You can do this in the cart page.
